FixBlind fix for an issue where executing Android SDK tool command would fail with missing java error. For ex., "Unable to locate a Java Runtime". Even though everything is set correctly in Preferences->External Tools->JDK. Also during the failure, Unity will now print environment variables thus helping identifying such issues in the future.
