cohort: LTS (327)

How this number is computed

Composite = sum of sub_score × weight across six metrics. Sub-scores are percentile-rank(log1p(min(raw, p95))) within the LTS cohort (327 releases). Sub-scores for lower-is-better metrics are flipped to 100 − percentile.

Sub-score	Formula	Raw	Clip	%ile	Weight	Score	Contrib
Breaking surface	(breaking_change + api_change) / total_notes	0	0	31	25%	69	17.4
Blocker rate	blockers / total_notes	0.052	0.052	61	15%	39	5.9
Mobile risk	mobile_known_issues / total_notes	0	0	16	10%	84	8.4
Fix density	fixes / total_notes	0.672	0.672	66	15%	66	9.9
Net-fix delta	((fixes − known_issues) − prior.(fixes − known_issues)) / total_notes	0.052	0.052	54	15%	54	8.1
Known-issue debt	known_issues / total_notes	0.086	0.086	25	20%	75	15.1
Composite 65

* = raw value was clipped at the cohort 95th percentile to prevent outliers from compressing everyone else's scores. Sub-scores marked "med" substitute the cohort median where the input was missing (e.g. first patch on a minor line has no prior patch for net-fix delta).
