Unity feature: Build profile quality overrides

Build profiles can override quality settings per target. A mobile or lower-spec profile can use a different quality selection without changing the project-wide defaults.

Use it

  1. Open File > Build Profiles and select the target profile.
  2. Add quality-setting overrides and choose the quality levels available to that build.

Requirements and limits

  • Overrides apply in Play mode as well as the built Player when that profile is active.
