    All Platforms - Desktop GUI: Incorrect Encoding in diff view for big files

  2. Fix

    All Platforms - Desktop GUI: When displaying "big files" differences, and the default encoding in the merge and diff preferences is set to "Windows-1252" or "Western Windows," the diff view incorrectly formatted the files using the wrong encoding. Now it's fixed.
