Redesigned the properties panel that is displayed at the side of the Branch Explorer and other query views (Changesets, Branches, Labels and Attributes).

The selected object information is shown in a more compact way, including an icon or avatar with the object's owner.

The comments panel saves the edited comment when you switch from one object to another.

The Attributes panel shows each attribute in a small colored badge.

Removed the Branch Explorer settings from this side panel, to leave space for the selected object differences, which will be included in a following release.

Moved the settings for display options and conditional formatting to a dedicated dialog window. To open it, select the Settings button in the Branch Explorer view.

All platforms - Desktop GUI: Files assigned to custom changelists (for example, "Ignore this") are no longer moved to the Default changelist after switching revisions with Bring changes enabled. Changelist assignments are now correctly preserved across switch operations.

All platforms - Desktop GUI: Reduced the Branch Explorer label caption font size so label names show more characters before ellipsis, improving readability.
