1. Removal

   Fixed issue where editor version should be removed from pre-releases once it's promoted.

2. Fix

   Intel editor is now no longer downloaded by default when using changeset in the CLI install command. User is now prompted for action or can provide desired architecture through -architecture option.

   Known Issue: Unity Hub fails to start on newly installed Windows 8.1 due to the missing C++ runtime dependencies. Workaround: Install the Visual C++ Redistributable.
