Added a Release notes link next to the Editor version in an expanded project row and next to each installed Editor in the Change Editor version dialog.

Renamed Connect to Unity Cloud to Enable cloud project, with clearer wording. Errors now show in the dialog, and retrying reuses the cloud project an earlier attempt created instead of making a second one.

Fixed an issue where Unity 6 Preview (6000.0.11f1) and its modules failed to install with a checksum error.

Fixed an issue where adding a module to an installed Editor could fail its checksum check after Unity corrected that module's release data.
