    RabbitMQ operator monitoring: By default, the RabbitMQ operator no longer creates Prometheus `ServiceMonitor` and `PodMonitor` resources. This prevents errors on clusters that don't have the Prometheus Operator custom resource definitions (CRDs) installed.
